Yoga this Week – April 15, 2018

*Scroll down to see upcoming events and workshops*

Yoga is invigoration in relaxation. Freedom in routine.

Confidence through self control.

Energy within and energy without.

Ymber Delecto

At first glance, the above quote may seem like it is highlighting opposing forces but in reality it is the opposite that manifests the desired result.  As we open up to new beginnings with the April New Moon and a new season upon us, we look to Ganesha, the elephant deity that guides us through our obstacles and honors all the twists and turns of life.  Ganesha blesses our new endeavors and intentions to move forward.  This complicated but jolly elephant helps us to see the way past or through our perceived obstacles to find our truest path.  Om Gum Ganapatye Om Namaha, Jai Ganesha!!
