Namaste Dear Ones,
Stop right now. Take a long slow breath in and as you breathe out relax your muscles, let go of your thoughts for a moment and feel how tender the breath touches you. Tune in and feel the earth grounding you and the sky expanding you. Find the present moment. It is a moment that will never be again. It is timeless and formless but nevertheless sacred. One breath can bring you back. Try it. Find out for yourself, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Hope to see you in class this week as we carry on the practice of becoming grounded in the present again and again and again.

Virtual Gathering to honor the coming of Light!
“Let us nurture the spirit of renewal and embrace the light of the lengthening days”
Honoring the ancient Celtic festival of Imbolc, the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, we will take time to contemplate the seeds we have sown during the dark days of winter. Imbolc is the time of new beginnings, the melting away and excitement as we begin to see the signs of spring yet to come.
Join us for a morning of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection to begin readying your body, mind and spirit for the spark of new life and inspiration. This gathering will consist of a gentle yoga practice & meditation, rejuvenation facial (you will pick up your supplies), self-inquiry activity with sharing and deep relaxation practice with sound healing.
(Preregistration required $30 Per Person includes facial goodie bag which you must pick up prior to the day)
Hi Amy,
I’m going to miss class this morning. My left leg, thigh muscle, isn’t working well. Sometimes it won’t hold my weight and it’s painfull but then there are periods where I feel fine and can walk normal. I think I may have overdone the exercise this past week so I’m going to rest the legs for a few days.
Hopefully I’ll be OK next week. Enjoy the weekend!
