Supermoon Rising

When you do yoga postures,
surrender to the moment,
be in the moment,
don`t worry about wether
you can touch your
toes or not,
just experience the process.

Then try to carry this attitude
into the rest of your day,
away from tension,
guilt and anxiety.

Experience is the door
to the here and now.

  1. Morning Amy – quick question – where is the 9am Gentle Friday Morning Yoga class being held this week 7/22?  And will you be holding the kayak/yoga again this summer or have I missed it?  I did it once with my daughter and dear friend and we had a wonderful time. Cindy LaSala
