Friday morning yoga starts 9am tomorrow

Namaste just a reminder that tomorrow morning class starts at 9 AM

Also for those of you planning ahead…

There will be no Tuesday morning class, or Wednesday beach yoga next week

It’s midsummer and I’m catching all the waves I can!
