Hari Om my friends,
Hope you are all well and continuing to deepen your yoga practice. We are dancing through this amazing country of ours. Wherever you are, whatever your schedule, opportunities to bring the dance of yoga into your life are everywhere.
Having a quiet conversation with a wise woman on one of the trails we hiked we acknowledged how lucky and blessed we were to be able to experience this beautiful Earth in this beautiful place at this beautiful time. Together we offered a prayer that others less fortunate than us could also feel the joy and happiness we were feeling at that moment.
Keep practicing. Find your center. Trust your instincts and the universe will create a path for you to follow.
See you next week. Sending you love, peace and all good things from the West on this October new moon.
Namaste 🙏
Amy

Greetings dearest yoga students and friends,
A deep bow of gratitude for all who contributed to our fundraising efforts on Autumn Equinox. It was such an uplifing evening. I certainly felt freer, higher, clearer, lighter and more energized (as Ram Dass put it in the quote above) and grateful for being able to bring together such a beautiful community of souls to sing, move and honor the turning of the seasons.
Speaking of Equinox….I booked Camp DeWolfe in Wading River for a Spring Equinox Day Retreat! Save the date of March 22, 2022. I know Spring is a whole half year away but I’ve been wanting to lead a retreat ever since our Goddess Getaway was thwarted by “that which we shall not name” in 2020! Let me know if you would like to put your name on the preliminary list. More details to follow!

Class are being held IN PERSON (either outdoors weather permitting or in Yoga Room) & ON ZOOM. Please contact me via text or email to come in person (space limited-vaccinated only) OR register on ZOOM prior to start of class.
I am offering a Tuesday evening class through the Rocky Point Adult Education Department beginning Tuesday, September 12th at 6pm. If you are interested click here to sign up with the flyer. You don’t have to be in the district to sign up. http://www.rockypointufsd.org/Assets/District_Documents/Fall_2021_Flyerdocx.pdf

Good morning! And what a glorious morning it is.
I forgot to mention that classes will be held in person (either outdoors or in the yoga room) and streamed on zoom.
Please make sure you contact me either by text or email if you plan to come in person or Register on Zoom if you would like to stream from home.
This is how it will be going forward. If we are in the yoga room class is limited to four in-person students, vaccinated only please.

Nothing is more fleeting than external form, which withers and alters like the flowers of the field at the appearance of autumn.“

Dearest Yoga Students,
What a summer it has been. It’s hard to believe we are moving into Fall this week. Still holding the hand of summer we must now begin to embrace beautiful Fall as one season turns into the next. Nothing can stay. Yoga teaches us to align with the present moment, dissolve into it, aware and grateful for it; not coercing or abandoning what is happening right now where we are. Fall will come and so will Winter, but then Winter will be Spring (Special Announcement coming about Spring 2022) and Summer will be back. Let’s not wish our time away but allow this external form of life to ebb, flow and circle around again enjoying the ride.
Hoping the weather holds out for our Fall Equinox Fundraiser. If you can’t make it, feel free to donate to our cause; Friend’s Kitchen in Rocky Point. You can venmo me at https://venmo.com/Amy-Perri or bring cash to the event.
Good morning
Hope you’re all doing well on this windy wet morning morning. Class will be in the yoga room this morning and streamed live on zoom.
Please let me know if you’d like attend in person as I’m only allowing a limited number of vaccinated students indoors.
You can text me at 631-839-0644 or reply to this email. To stream register on Zoom.
