Greetings dear yoga enthusiasts,

Needless to say, no class this morning.  The road looks terrible outside my window and the plows are coming through as I type.  Cozy up, roll out your mat; this is the perfect time to try out a home practice if you haven’t already.  Try this:

Regular schedule next week.  See you then.  Be careful shoveling.  Go slow and breathe and remember to switch the shovel between hands to balance the twisting.
