Yoga Detox Special Class this SUNDAY at 9am

Held right here in our yoga room.  Come and do some special yogic kriyas (cleansing techniques), twisting postures and clearing meditation.  Great way to begin the new week and year!  This special class needs at least 4 students to rsvp before Saturday night  to run.  Let me know if you would like to come.  $15 walk in or use your class card.

Reiki Healing Circle February 5th at 7pm

Join us for a healing circle with guided meditation, oracle card reading and reiki share.  Experienced practictioners and those brand new to reiki welcome!   $10 suggested donation
