There is no Tuesday morning class this week. Wednesday Evening and Friday Morning classes will be held in the yard! ONLY register on Zoom if you plan to practice from home. If I have at lease two registered for Zoom I will stream it from the yard. Of course weather permitting. If weather looks iffy, check your email before coming.

It is going to be in the low sixties in the morning tomorrow and Incredibly sunny. Does anyone have the desire to come and practice me in person on the lawn? I need at least a couple people to respond and tell me that they would like to come otherwise I’ll be strictly on Zoom.

Yoga this Week -May 9, 2021-Happy Mother’s Day!
If the weather is right, I will begin to hold Tuesday and Friday morning classes in the yard as well as continuing to stream the classes on zoom. I will post the night before if I will be in the yard or not. Please let me know if you plan to come in person.
Happy Mother’s Day to you all. Be kind, be loving, offer acts of gratitude to all the mothers in your life. Allow yourself to be bathed in the light and beauty of the unconditional love of the divine mother in all her forms.

Our walk tomorrow will be at the Frank Melville Memorial Park in East Setauket. Follow the directions to the Bates house it will take you to a parking lot where we can access the park from the rear.

It is a beautiful place and one of my most favorite places to walk. Dogs are welcome. It’s very flat shady and easy. Let me know if you plan on meeting me. Make sure you check your emails or the website before you go to make sure nothing happened. I get my second covid shot tomorrow at 1 I’m sure I’ll be fine but just in case if anything occurs I will post another email. If you don’t see anything head on down.

The practice of yoga asks us to come alive. It coaxes us from the unreal to the real, clearing away the clutter from our minds and bodies enveloping us in the present moment. Feel into what makes you come alive today. What gives you butterflies in your core, what makes you tickle with delight? What is the “Spark” that makes you enthusiastic about living? Allow the feeling of “aliveness” to stay with you so you can share your excitement with others.

I hope to begin Tuesday & Friday Morning Yard Yoga classes on May 5th (Cinco De Mayo!) if weather is warm enough. Yard classes will also be available on Zoom. Watch for the announcement. Also Beach Yoga begins on June 3rd, see post below. Practicing outdoors definitely makes me come alive, hope it sparks you as well!
