Greetings dearest yoga students,
Love & Light are the only ways to combat darkness and hate. Become aware of your thoughts when they begin to become dark and release them before they take hold and turn into actions or words you may regret. A Sanskrit term found in the yoga sutras is “Heyam Dukham Anagatam” which means “The pain that is yet to come can be avoided.” We all have dark thoughts, we are human, but they do not become real until we cultivate them and then act from that place so remind yourself, again and again, that Love & Light are always the best answer.
